Salary: From $60.00 per hour
The Requirements and Qualifications:
- Be fluent in both English and the target language.
- State Certified a plus
- Have strong verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Be familiar with note taking and memory techniques.
- Professional and courteous behavior
- Be accustomed with the consecutive interpretation process.
- Strong ability and passion for interpretation and customer service
- Knowledge of the interpreter Code of Ethics
- At least 2 years of medical interpreting experience
- Must be AB5 compliant! A copy of your current Business License is required.
