Mill Laborer (East Tennessee Mines)

Key Accountabilities 

• Adhere to all MSHA regulatory and company standards  

• Must have a Safety-First mindset; leading the way to safe work environment. 

• Promote and assist in maintaining a positive work culture 

• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities  

• Actively participate in daily safety meetings and trainings.  

• Basic circuit cleaning, inspections and equipment number education. 

• Equipment training and operation including mini skids, skid steers, and 980 loaders. 

• Communicating with supervisor any risk and hazards at the various job sites. 

• Basic circuit maintenance including fixing guards, fixing hoses, and other basic repairs using hand tools.  

Requirements / Qualifications  

• Must be able to perform tasks at elevated heights.  

• 4 days on / 4 days off rotating shifts 

Preferred  

• Heavy equipment experience
