Key Accountabilities

Adhere to all MSHA regulatory and company standards

Must have a Safety-First mindset; leading the way to a safe work environment

Promote and assist in maintaining a positive work culture

Demonstrate strong leadership qualities

Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend component life.

Identify root causes of recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Interpret schematics, service manuals, diagnostic software, and onboard monitoring systems.

Lead major component repowers including engines, transmissions, axles, pumps, and cylinders

Qualifications

3 years Heavy Equipment Mechanical Experience
