Reporting directly to the Warranty Supervisor, the primary purpose of the Warranty Administrator is to administer warranty activities on CNH Reman products. This includes (but not limited to) diagnosis, analysis, repair vs. replacement, warranty core credits, failure analysis reporting, data analysis and reporting, product rework, and scrap. The Warranty Administrator will provide excellent customer service, resolving issues, updating dealers on claim status, and expanding confidence in CNH Reman products. Success in this position will result in a decrease in internal and external failures.

- Develop a working knowledge of CNH Reman products to support troubleshooting, analysis, and repair activities
- Provide warranty, quality, and technical support via daily telephonic and/or email interface with internal customer base, external customer base, and CNH personnel to resolve warranty activities.
- Travel as needed to resolve warranty activities, further promote CNH Reman products, or train dealers and CNH team members on CNH Reman products and services.
- Ensure proper documentation of warranty requests.
- Work with internal and external customers to diagnose and analyze product failures to improve quality of current or future products
- Operate measuring instruments, borescope, camera, computer, copy machine, and telephone.
- Support 5S initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned to achieve department and business KPI goals
- High School Diploma or HiSet (Formerly GED)
- 2+ years of on-the-job experience in warranty, quality or engineering role
- 3+ years of experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance
- Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Globally Harmonized System (GHS) labels, Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Possess basic PC skills, and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must wear all personal protective equipment PPE, and be able to work in hearing conservation areas as needed
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, stooping, twist, reach, reach overhead.
- Must be able to push, pull, lift 0-20 lbs. frequently, and 21-30 lbs. occasionally.
- Certificate from a vocational or technical school.
- Experience with failure analysis.
