For current students in Sophomore, Junior and Senior year of college. 
Up to 20 hours/week during Spring and Fall semesters; up to 40 hours/week during Summer

Overview:
The Human Resources & Safety Intern will support the HR and Safety teams in daily operations, compliance initiatives, and employee engagement activities. This role offers hands-on experience in HR processes and workplace safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities.
  • Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Participate in safety audits, inspections, and training coordination.
  • Assist with compliance reporting and policy updates.
  • Provide general administrative support to HR and Safety departments.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Human Resources, Business, Safety Management, or related field preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
