CNH Industrial Reman- Internship - Human Resources (Springfield MO)

For current students in Sophomore, Junior and Senior year of college.
Up to 20 hours/week during Spring and Fall semesters; up to 40 hours/week during Summer

Overview:
The Human Resources & Safety Intern will support the HR and Safety teams in daily operations, compliance initiatives, and employee engagement activities. This role offers hands-on experience in HR processes and workplace safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment activities.
Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and orientation processes.
Participate in safety audits, inspections, and training coordination.
Assist with compliance reporting and policy updates.
Provide general administrative support to HR and Safety departments.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Human Resources, Business, Safety Management, or related field preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
