 Job Description
Walsh & Associates, Church Capital Campaign Specialists, is seeking a quality, qualified individual to fill our open Director of Client Services position. This corporate office based person would report to our company President.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment, hiring, training and supervision of our company’s campaign directors;  
  • Review, revision and approval of client feasibility study calendars, case statements, questionnaires, regular and final reports;  
  • Review, revision and approval of client campaign calendars, case statements, orientation manuals, regular and final reports;  
  • Oversight of all church capital campaigns and church capital campaign services;  
  • The continued revision and improvement of our church capital campaign services, service manuals and materials;
  • Organization of the campaign service improvements portion of our annual campaign directors meeting.

Qualifications
  • Four-year college degree in marketing, business administration or another relevant field.  
  • Ten or more years of progressively responsible and successful experience in fund development.
  • Five or more years of experience in major gifts and capital campaigns.  
  • Strong and active faith life and experience in or willingness to work with people and churches of various faiths.
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office based products including Word, Excel, Publisher and Access.  
  • Strong personal, verbal and written communications experience and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing both staff and volunteers.  
  • A detail oriented person devoted to doing things right, efficiently and well.
  • Someone who is passionate, positive and proactive.

Compensation
Compensation includes base salary commensurate with experience, bonuses based on client satisfaction and campaign results, retirement program with company match, 
health and dental insurance allowance, and paid holidays/holy days and personal time off.
