Job Description
Full and part-time consultants are needed in various regions throughout the United States to coordinate and conduct feasibility studies and implement successful capital campaigns for our church clients and to assist us in various marketing, sales and business betterment activities as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Organizes and directs fundraising feasibility and planning studies for our church clients traveling to the church to coordinate the study; develop study materials; and conduct personal, confidential interviews; compile survey responses, prepares and ultimately returns to the church to present a written report detailing our study findings and recommendations.
 
  • Organizes and directs capital campaigns for our church clients traveling to the church approximately every other week over a six or more month period to coordinate and oversee all aspects of the campaign operations including setting up a campaign office, hiring a campaign assistant, developing campaign organization/orientation materials, preparing all printed and promotional materials, coordinating the recruitment and training of campaign leadership and volunteers, overseeing the gathering of gifts in various phases and preparing and presenting a final report of campaign results and follow-up recommendations.
 
  • Assists in sales and marketing activities as needed including network marketing with past clients, previous relations, denominational hierarchy and church architects.
 
  • Performs other duties as needed, including keeping a log of and regularly sharing business betterment ideas, attending and participating in our annual staff meeting, seeking regularly to grow personally and professionally by reading books relevant to and attending conferences and seminars in our industry, and ultimately, obtaining certification in fundraising.

Qualifications
  • Relevant education background and/or transferrable work experience.
  • Strong and active faith life and total buy-in to company operating philosophy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Experience in public speaking, leadership, sales and/or management.
  • Strong work ethic, enthusiasm and confidence.
  • Strong computer knowledge. Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Publisher and Outlook).
  • Bachelor’s Degree and CFRE certification a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
