Line Cook (Boca Raton, FL)
Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking experienced Line Cooks and Prep Cooks for our state-of-the-art dining outlets. Must have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a high volume, quality kitchen preparing foods requiring short prep times. Must be a team player, self motivator, understand high volume, be flexible in work hours, have excellent organization skills and communication skills.
- Full-time hours available
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Performs all cooking functions to prepare daily menus.
- Butcher all meats and fish.
- Work omelet/carver station.
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Formulate recipes for soups, sauces, and specials.
- Other duties may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a high volume quality kitchen
- Team player, self motivator
- Excellent communication and organization skills; full- and part-time opportunities available
