Summary of Position
As a Microsoft 365 Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for performing Microsoft 365 project work and being a technical escalation to Tech Impact clients. You would manage a significant project portfolio with minimal supervision. You will partner with peers across the wider Tech Services department to provide excellent project implementation services to our nonprofit clients. Looking For 3 - 4 Years Experience. doing the Microsoft implementation   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Implementation Projects
  • Serve as technical lead on Cloud & Platform projects as assigned, including but not limited to:
    • Email Migrations
    • File Migrations
    • Intranet Build & Migrations
    • MFA Implementations
    • SSO Implementations
    • Productivity Software Implementations
    • MS Entra ID Connect Configurations
  • Provide technical training to clients (users and admins) as needed
  • Serve as technical lead on infrastructure projects as assigned
  • Provide technical support on projects as assigned
Customer Service
  • Respond to customer issues and challenges without manager supervision
  • Maintain strong customer service skills when dealing with clients, vendors and other Tech Impact partners
  • Advise Account Management of client project or reoccurring technical issues
Professional Development
  • Improve knowledge of current and future technologies that may be of benefit to Tech Impact or its clients
  • Provide technical training to internal staff members

Knowledge Skills Preferred
 Above all, the team members have a passion for social service, excellent written and verbal skills, and an eagerness to take on new challenges and master new skills. Skills required in this position include:
  • Experience with the nonprofit sector or other mechanisms for social change (including but not limited to volunteering, advocacy, and political campaign work)
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts
  • Strong understanding of IaaS and SaaS platforms
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams
  • Experience working in Google Workspace applications, including but not limited to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Chat, Google Meet, Google Classroom
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
  • Working knowledge of multi-factor authentication technologies
  • Ability to provide formal end-user training on Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace applications
  • Knowledge in PowerShell Automation a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS X, including advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Solid understanding of fundamental networking components
  • Excellent communication, writing, analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Fundamental understanding of ITIL framework
