Preschool Teacher (Beaverton, OR)

Position Requirements: 

• 1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility or participation in the Oregon Step Registry.
• Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and collaboratively with parents and co-workers. 
• Ability to observe children and articulate concise evaluations. 
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and bend, stretch, kneel, and lift on a frequent basis.

Also required are Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification, a Food Handlers License, completion of the Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse course, completion of a Health and Safety training course, completion of a Safe Sleep training course, and current enrollment in the Oregon State Central Background Registry. A degree or coursework in ECE is a big plus.
