Compensation
The starting salary range for this position is between $111,600 - 139,500 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Sales Manager/Brand Manager
Position Summary
The Singer Vehicle Design’s Client Experience Team is responsible for ensuring that customers enjoy a best-in-class client experience from first engagement through to delivery. The Brand Manager is responsible for showcasing the Singer brand in an engaging way, representing Singer at events globally and managing a team to deliver sales objectives each month.Position Summary
This position is located on-site in Torrance, CA.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for delivering Singer’s sales objectives for the US
- Deliver high quality product presentations to clients
- Own and manage the sales process from first engagement to confirmed order including all data management and reporting
- Responsible for supporting sales & marketing activities for Singer’s Global Partner Network
- Provide high-quality, technical and/or nontechnical education and training to prospects, partners and other contacts on topics such as: brand history/values, customer experience, current/future technology, performance, application and overall benefits
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform other steps of the sales process in accordance with the company standards
- Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with foreign regulations that affect sales
- Work in a cross functional team environment as a strong team player and demonstrate ability to work with other functional groups to achieve company-wide goals
- Support all teams that oversee commercial initiatives to remain competitive, drive sales, stay top of mind with existing customers and promote outreach to key prospects across global markets and partners
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with prospects, external sales representatives and contacts
- Manage and reconcile individual event related expenses and assist with detailed event reports regarding CX and brand exposure to measure ROI value, success of event programs and key initiatives
- Elevate the Singer Vehicle Design brand with a sharp eye on aesthetic, technical and attention to detail
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Seven (7) years of experience within luxury automotive industry or equivalent brand/industry
- Seven (7) of related experience in a client management or customer facing role
- Three (3) of related experience in managing dealer groups in a Regional Sales Manager role or equivalent
- Three (3) years or experience in managing HNWI clients
- Three (3) to five (5) years of specific experience in Brand and/or Sales Management in a related field
Preferred Education/Experience and/or Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another relevant field
Skills/Abilities and Attributes
- Team oriented, strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and to multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal; ability to express ideas clearly and actively listen to others
- High level of technical understanding of road vehicles, specifically air-cooled Porsches
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and collaborative skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently within and across departments
- Professional appearance, excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Previous experience with Microsoft Office (incl. Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
- Prior experience in rapidly growing business environment
- Detailed knowledge of Singer Vehicle Design’s history, heritage and services
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Must be able to travel for business, including occasional travel by commercial airplane
- Must be able to use fingers, hands, and arms at computer keyboard for long periods of time
- Must have ability to speak clearly and distinctly and hear and be heard and understood in person and by telephone
- Must be able to wear appropriate PPE in the production environment
