Housekeeping Supervisor (Miami Beach)

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeeping staff, including Room Attendants, Housemen, and Laundry Attendants
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Assign daily work schedules and room assignments based on occupancy levels and operational needs
• Train, coach, and support housekeeping team members to maintain high performance and service standards
• Ensure all cleaning procedures and safety protocols are followed
• Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment inventory
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up to ensure resolution
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Assist with deep cleaning schedules and special projects
• Maintain accurate records, including inspection logs, lost & found, and staff attendance

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
• Basic computer skills (scheduling systems, reporting tools)

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–30 lbs
