Position Summary
The Marketing & Events Manager oversees all marketing initiatives for The Villa, including content production, digital campaigns, email marketing, and social media strategy.
This role also supports event sales and client relationships, helping convert inquiries into exceptional events.
The ideal candidate is both a creative marketer and a polished event professional—someone who can move seamlessly between planning a photo shoot, launching a campaign, and hosting a luxury client during a site visit.

The Marketing & Events Manager oversees all marketing initiatives for The Villa, including content production, digital campaigns, email marketing, and social media strategy.
This role also supports event sales and client relationships, helping convert inquiries into exceptional events.
The ideal candidate is both a creative marketer and a polished event professional—someone who can move seamlessly between planning a photo shoot, launching a campaign, and hosting a luxury client during a site visit.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content
- Lead and coordinate branded photo and video shoots, directing on-site production to capture The Villa’s aesthetic across all marketing channels.
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, including seasonal campaigns, brand partnerships, and positioning initiatives.
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms to increase visibility and drive bookings.
- Create and oversee email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated sequences.
- Manage The Villa’s social media presence, including content planning, publishing, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, and copywriters to ensure consistent, high-quality brand storytelling.
- Manage incoming event inquiries, proposals, contracts, and follow-ups using Tripleseat (preferred CRM).
- Conduct property tours and site visits, presenting The Villa as a premier destination for luxury corporate, social, and private events.
- Build and nurture relationships with event planners, agencies, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Negotiate event packages, rental fees, and food & beverage minimums aligned with revenue objectives.
- Prepare detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and coordinate with operations, culinary, and entertainment teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Represent The Villa at networking events, trade shows, and community functions to strengthen brand visibility.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or hospitality, preferably within a luxury hotel, private club, or upscale venue.
- Experience managing photo or video shoots, digital advertising campaigns, and email marketing programs.
- Familiarity with Tripleseat or similar event sales CRM systems.
- Strong creative eye with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional presence.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
