Position Summary

The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for the accurate stocking, replenishment, cleanliness, and inventory control of in-room minibars. This role ensures all minibar items meet the hotel’s luxury standards, are properly charged, and presented in a clean, organized, and guest-ready manner at all times.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Stock, replenish, and rotate minibar items according to par levels and brand standards

  • Accurately record all consumed items and ensure proper posting of charges to guest accounts

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar units and surrounding areas

  • Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies or shortages immediately

  • Ensure all minibar items meet quality, expiration, and presentation standards

  • Follow proper handling and storage procedures for food and beverage items

  • Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping regarding guest occupancy, arrivals, and departures

  • Report maintenance issues (non-functioning minibars, temperature issues, damages) promptly

  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards

  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and room access at all times

Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior hotel, housekeeping, or minibar experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

  • Basic math and inventory skills

  • Excellent professionalism and guest service awareness

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and walking

  • Ability to push/pull carts and lift supplies
