POSITION: DISHWASHER
DEPARTMENT: Kitchen
REPORTS TO: Executive Chef
About the Position
Giannis Restaurant, a busy and fast-paced restaurant in Miami Beach, is seeking a dependable and motivated Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This is a role that requires speed, organization, and teamwork to keep our kitchen operating at peak performance.
Responsibilities

Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans in a high-volume environment
Keep dish station, kitchen, and storage areas clean and organized at all times
Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and basic prep when needed
Remove trash and recycling regularly
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Requirements

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
Punctual, reliable, and professional.
Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
