Job Summary

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and luxurious environment for all hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, replenishing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.

  • Restock guest amenities (toiletries, towels, water, etc.) according to hotel standards.

  • Ensure rooms meet established cleanliness and presentation standards before guest check-in.

  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor.

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in a clean, orderly condition.

  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

  • Support housekeeping team in public areas, hallways, and back-of-house cleaning as needed.

Qualifications
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hospitality preferred, but not required.

  • Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

  • A professional, positive, and guest-oriented attitude.
