IT Technician (Miami Beach)
We are seeking a Computer Technician to provide technical support to hotel staff and guests. This individual is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the hotel systems and responding to issues. The ideal individual can work independently and within a team when necessary. This role does require working select evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
Skills Required:
Troubleshooting & Installation of Microsoft Windows 7 and 10.
Virus removal; Computer repair and assembly.
Basic understanding of networking.
Understanding of Wireless 802.11a/b/g/n/ac.
Knowledge of Active Directory and how to add and delete users.
Provide customer service to staff. (Fluent in English is required)
Must be able to lift 40lbs or more.
Skills desired but not required:
Experience with Office365 preferred.
Experience with Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019
Experience with VOIP. (Mitel)
Experience with Spiceworks
Experience with Hospitality software such as Opera, HotSOS, POS, MCOM
