Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment but still demonstrate graceful movement on the restaurant floor. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability of providing proactive service and anticipating guest need. Prior experience in a fine dining establishment is highly desired.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The role of the service attendant is to be the technical mastermind that keeps a station/section running smoothly. This requires a person to be very organized and great at prioritizing, managing all the requests of the Server and the guests. Together with the Server, the Service Attendant is responsible for having the table prepared for all wine and food coming out.

Together with the Server, the Service Attendant is responsible for having the table prepared for all wine and food coming out.
- Set the tables accordingly to the standards.
- Polish glasses and silverware
- Prepare side station.
- Make sure surrounding of the tables are clean, no dirt on floor, no crumbs on tables.
- Make sure to have sugar caddies and salt/pepper shakers on the tables.
- Assist the server with the guest, always use guest name and make eye contact.
- Dirty tables have to be reset quickly.
- Restock all areas (Silverware, napkins, glassware and linens)
