Spa Locker Attendant (Miami Beach)

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and warm hospitality to all guests
• Ensures that all the guest’s needs are met in the Locker Rooms; including but not limited to, providing a locker, explaining the operation of the locker, providing robe and slippers, providing towels, providing vanity items, etc.
• Explains the facilities and Spam procedures to first-time guests
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of all Locker areas, including sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, and common area.
• Monitors and restocks vanity area
• Empties towel baskets and trashcans in the Locker whenever half-full
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the Gym
• Escorts guests to the treatment room when directed
• Assist therapists with setup/cleanup when directed
• Maintains knowledge of all Spa facilities, treatments offered, rates, and hours of operation
• Maintains familiarity with other Hotel facilities and hours
• Attends daily briefings, meetings, and training as required
• Reports to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in the correct uniform

• Strong knowledge of spa facilities and treatments

• Must possess or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
