We are looking for a full-time Lobby Ambassador to greet guests.

Job Duties:

Be available at the Lobby Area and the MOD Desk throughout the entire shift and politely greet every passing guest.

  • Observe the flow of the traffic and ensure the Lobby Area presents the best impression to all guests and visitors.
  • Check the physical condition of the Lobby Area and coordinate necessary cleaning and repair with respective departments.
  • Offer necessary assistance to guests standing in line at the Front Desk; for departing guests. For arriving guests, offer refreshment through the Lobby Water Station.
  • To constantly check on guests’ satisfaction and make sure guest leaves the hotel 100% satisfied by approaching departing guests; if not, call the Manager on Duty for resolution.
  • Being fully empowered to make necessary decisions in the absence of the MOD to maximize total guest satisfaction.
  • Assist Concierge with simple requests when needed, i.e. maps, surrounding shopping and dining option, etc.

Standard Specifications:
Has to be proactive, self-motivated and resourceful.
Needs to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. High School graduate or training in the hospitality industry
  2. Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English
  3. Ability to promote a positive atmosphere in the Lobby
  4. Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously
  5. Positive attitude with strong customer orientation and is willing to assist different types of guests
  6. Highly organized
  7. Full knowledge of hotel policies
  8. Ability to think quickly and make concise decisions.
  9. Ability to problem solving.
