We are looking for an experienced restaurant/bar manager to join our outstanding F&B team and manage our Beverage and Wine Programs. The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations including experience with managing labor costs and managing budgets. Prior experience in managing high end wine program is preferred. Successful candidates must also possess leadership and exceptional organizational skills. A bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field and five years of progressive experience or equivalent in a fine dining establishment or luxury hospitality is required.
