Fresco Data is looking to hire an efficient, smart and hard working Personal Assistant for our head of office who will also be playing the role of an Office Assistant for a small team in Carlsbad office.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Help the head of the office with various tasks such as online research, paperwork and mailing items.
  • Running outside errands like going to the post office, coordinating office lunch and retrieving dry clean delivery, etc.
  • Proven 1-year experience as an executive assistant.
  • Extremely organized, ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and a desire to be successful.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently as well as part of a team.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Friendly personality and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with client and information discretion.
  • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable working with setting up new computers, as well as troubleshooting common issues.
  • Maintaining office supplies and keeping the office tidy and organized.
  • Following up on payments and refunds.
  • Taking care of monthly rent payments.
  • Checking the mailbox and preparing outgoing mail.
  • Printing, scanning and maintaining important documents.
  • Manage calendars, including the scheduling of all appointments and meetings.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
