Impact Components, a supplier of high-quality computer systems and display solutions, is hiring a Sales Manager. 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop and maintain a base of Key accounts
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the sales team
  • Ability to manage and delegate the sales team
  • High level of understanding of the Embedded market
  • Ability to recognize and recruit sales representatives who will be successful 
  • Overseeing sales, promotions and campaigns
  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-developed math and business skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Ability to plan and execute strong strategies
  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
  • Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.  
  • At least 5 years of experience working in sales or marketing, they should have a solid understanding of the Embedded market as well as experience hiring, managing and mentoring Sales Representatives.
