New Venture Christian Fellowship Church is looking to hire a Preschool Director. The Director will provide leadership and direction to New Venture Christian Fellowship's school to ensure an effective operation. They will oversee the management of the school to ensure the achievement of goals and objectives through continuous reinforcement of New Venture Christian Schools' vision, values, mission and purposes. They will serve as the public face of New Venture Christian School and represent the school to churches and the community-at-large.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling of all programs of
    instruction and pupil personnel services.

  • Strictly adhere to set goals, vision, values, and objectives as established by the Senior Pastor, Church Leadership and School Board Oversee curriculum, Instructional planning, teacher evaluations, discipline. observations and program of school on a uniform basis

  • Develop and administer a system for the compensation of employees based on merit and performance by objectives.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor income and expenditure budgets and help generate financial resources through fundraising projects and long-range project.

  • Help train and manage the teaching staff to incorporate brain-based learning into the curriculum.

  • Participates in daily devotions and regular attendance of Celebration Services with your family for spiritual refreshment, growth and authentic worship.

  • Communicate with parents, recruit new families and students, and assure families of academic growth Participate in special education meetings as necessary.

Experience:

  • A minimum of two (2) fundraisers per year is preferred.

  • Commitment to the Lordship of Jesus Christ Passionate celebration and ownership of the vision, mission, values and purposes of New Venture Christian Fellowship

  • Ability to work flexible and/or overtime hours if required to complete assigned tasks

  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor, servant's heart and "can-do" attitude
