The Position: We are in search of candidates who will be providing support to the development and tracking of engineering acquisition documentation in support of an ACAT I program (post Milestone B) such as the Systems Engineering Plan (SEP), Information Support Plan (ISP) and Statements of Work (SOW), Spectrum Supportability Risk Assessment (SSRA), Assist in preparing comprehensive briefs for Senior Leadership and directly work with the Chief Engineer and Class Desks in coordinating, executing, and closing out Systems Engineering Technical; Review (SETR) events and System Integration Reviews; Work any outstanding actions and track any Requests for Actions (RFA), Requests for Information (RFI), and Action to the Minutes (ATM) as a result of the SETR events and reviews; Coordinate, facilitate meetings as required, assist with tracking ad hoc actions and bring them to closure.

Provide program analyst support to the UCAS Demonstration, CVN Integration and Control System and Connectivity Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Serve as liaison between PMA-268 and NAVAIR Contracts for the UCAS IPT.
Collect data from various reports and prepare slides for weekly UCAS Program Management Review.
Compile inputs from IPT Leads and prepare Weekly and Bi-weekly Activity Reports.
Prepare and route external PMA-268 correspondence.
Assist in updating acquisition documentation such as Statement of Work, Acquisition Plan, Class Justification and Approval.
Facilitate Procurement Planning Conferences and generate Procurement Planning Agreements.
Draft and route Procurement Initiation Documentation and Modifications packages.
Input and track contract action milestones using Procurement Management Tool.
Compile and merge Engineering and Test Schedules to support execution of key program milestones.
Coordinate and manage PMA-268 senior leadership execution and decision making meetings and IPT working groups, internal and external meetings.
Capture minutes and action items for PMA-268 senior leadership execution and decision making meetings and IPT working groups, internal and external meetings.
Maintain action item utilizing SharePoint 7.2 site.
Manage IPT Leads’ calendars and schedule meetings as necessary.
Contribute to process improvement and documentation of current and new processes and procedures for team implementation.
Coordinate distinguished visitor tour of the X-47B air vehicles.
The successful candidate will have the education and experience below:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline and 4+ years of experience. Years of experience may be substituted for degree
- An Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
The Working Environment: The physical environment requires the employee to work on-site at the government program office, sitting in a cubicle or at a desk, looking at a computer for the majority of the workday. The employee may be required to walk short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site. In some occasions, the employee may be required to drive to offices or buildings near the work site. In rare occasions, travel may be required.
