SUMMARY: 

The primary responsibility of the Assistant Regional Escrow Ops. Manager is to assist in managing assigned offices with the goal of meeting profitability expectations for each office while maintaining our culture of “people first.”  This role will support and assist to drive change, escrow process improvements as well as coach and mentor teams to meet our Pango Group initiatives.   

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Assist Regional Manager(s) with the following 

  • Measuring branch and escrow teams’ revenue and profit goals and implementing plans for underperformers 

  • Implementing company initiatives, projects and business plans 

  • Participating in and at times conducting employee Personal Development Plan (PDP) meetings & follow-up  

  • Employee coaching, feedback and written counseling   

  • Staffing needs:  Working with HR and branch manager/EO in recruiting, interviewing, floater/temp needs, etc. 

  • Review escrow file audit results and identify training opportunities or serious compliance issues needing attention and corrective action 

  • Escalating escrow related questions and complaints to senior escrow ops team and/or Advisory Escrow Officer 

  • Provide guidance to employees, insuring compliance in all aspects of company best practices and procedures, escrow rules and regulations (DBO & EAFC)  

  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with department leaders and employees in assigned branches 

  • Effectively communicate critical information to all escrow teams and senior management to keep lines of communication open

  • Increase job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining social media networks and participating in professional organizations

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required 

  • Basic skill/knowledge of Microsoft Suite 

  • 2 plus years supervisory experience is required 

  • 2 to 3 years escrow knowledge of several escrow product areas is preferred but not required
