We are looking for a Receptionist to manage the day to day front desk operations for our Sherman Oaks office.  As the "first impression" of the company for all potential clients and personnel, you will exhibit excellent customer service skills, and assist all office personnel as needed in maintaining industry leading standards.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone promptly, screen, and direct calls. Take and relay concise messages
  • Greet and welcome all persons entering the branch and direct as needed
  • Research queries from walk-in and calling customers
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the branch
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare correspondence and documents utilizing MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries, send out deliveries as needed
  • Schedule individual appointments and manage office calendar as needed
  • Organize conference and meeting room bookings
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and office equipment
  • Maintain front-office flow, efficiency, and organization of desk
  • Responsible for timely and accurate electronic bank deposits and trust accounting
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of Receptionist or fast paced Customer Service experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong detail orientation and organization skills
  • Basic understanding of MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
