The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for becoming an expert in, and market to, the following market segments: Probate, For Sale By Owner, Out of Territory leads, and others defined by the Inside Sales Manager and COO.  The Inside Sales Representative will work with the Inside Sales Manager, Marketing Team, and COO to develop an efficient/effective marketing process to apply to these target markets.
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Market Development:
  • Work with the Marketing team to write content for various target markets
  • Maintain and track process in ZOHO CRM
  • Work closely with Inside Sales Manager to track success of process
  • Create goals for each market
  • Help create email marketing campaigns
  • Reach out to current network for referrals
Research, Tracking, and Reporting
  • Track sales activity and results, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analysis through CRM
  • Validate data using external sites
  • Resolve client complaints by investigating problems and reporting to management
  • Find sources of outside data for various target markets as needed
  • Responsible for completing daily tasks in ZOHO: Calls, Emails, and Mailers
  • Document best practices
  • Accountable for monthly activity and revenue volume
  • Responsible for the successful development of new markets
