Job Description

The primary role of the Market Support Specialist is executing the case filing process for designated jurisdictions which includes case review, communication with clients and courts, and administrative tasks. Successful candidate will be required to attend and represent clients on occasion. Additional responsibilities will include ad hoc projects as needed and specified by our executive management and area directors.

Function and Responsibilities:

• Docket Coverage.
• Case Filings and Dismissals.
• Writ verification.
• Monitor E-Filing email.
• Judgement and receipt uploads.
• Pull judgements from mail and Fleetmatics.

Experience/Skills Desired:

• Ability to create and write reports, procedures, and business correspondence.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in job performance.
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management.
• Flexibility and ability to work in fast paced environment.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
