The primary responsibility for this position will be to provide support to the Dealer Account Managers by performing the following duties:
 
  • Prescreen overflow daily calls
  • Assist with dealer callbacks at the end of each day
  • Provide dealer follow-up as directed by the Dealer Service Manager or Dealer Account Managers
  • Perform research inquiries for Dealer Account Managers
  • Process check requests for manager review.
  • Assist with managing and responding to dealer technical e-mails
  • Assist with responding to requests for information via telephone
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
 
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
  • Prior customer service experience and a passion for customer service
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic data entry skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Prior experience working in the RV industry preferred, but not required
 
Expected hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
