Primary Responsibility:   Lead the sales department product training functions by performing the following duties: 
 
  • Manage Newmar’s industry leading edge on-line training programs
  • Develop new training materials as required
  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of Newmar competitor’s products
  • Prepare and facilitate Newmar on-site dealer sales product training
  • Prepare and facilitate dealer sales product training at dealer sites
  • Represent the sales team at industry retail sales events
  • Provide on-site manufacturing tours as needed
  • Assist the sales team in other sales department job functions as requested
 
Experience/Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Able to travel at least 25% of work time
  • Discreet, professional, and able to communicate effectively to groups of individuals
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Team oriented with a desire to serve
  • Must have a clean MVR and a vehicle
