Primary Responsibility:   Support the service department by performing the following administrative and clerical responsibilities: 
 
  • Maintain the Service department’s schedules
  • Generate and maintain departmental reporting
  • Prepare, maintain, and communicate department processes and procedures
  • Maintain dealer contact database
  • Retrieve, file and maintain warranty claims
  • Prepare office correspondence
  • Process and file customer surveys
  • Pick-up and deliver departmental mail
  • Scan incoming mail.
  • Provide backup- phone coverage
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Maintain minutes of meetings
  • Assist perform other department tasks as requested
 
Experience/Skills:
  • Must have excellent organizational and office administration skills
  • Able to lift and move up to 10 pounds on daily basis
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Discreet and professional
  • Able to perform data entry accurately
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Team oriented
  • Able to multi-task
  • Must have a driver’s license and a vehicle
 
Working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
