Job Title: Craftsmanship Foreman/Lead Remodeler
Reports To: Owner and Project manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $30-$35 per hour

We specialize in high quality residential additions and remodeling projects. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Remodeler to join our team.

Position Overview:
As a Lead Remodeler, you will be responsible for overseeing and/or executing all remodeling-related tasks on our construction projects. You will lead small team of experienced Remodelers/carpenters and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive remodeling experience, strong leadership skills, excellent client rapport, and a commitment to excellence.

 Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of remodelers/carpenters, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan remodelers/carpentry projects accurately
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to project requirements
  • Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinets, and trim, with precision and attention to detail
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards at all times
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals, including contractors and project managers, to coordinate workflow and resolve issues
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance or repair needs
  • Coordinate with project manager for project progress, managing materials, tracking expenses, and to staying within budget and timeline
  • Train and mentor junior remodelers/carpenters to develop their skills and enhance team performance

Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years of experience in remodelers/carpentry with a focus on high quality craftsmanship
  • Proven expertise in MEP systems, framing carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, and tiling
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
