Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Department: Field FLSA Status: Non-ExemptESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Service, and maintenance for commercial/industrial facilities including, but not limited to, manufacturing, hospitality, food production, office, and retail
- Service and maintenance of water source heat pumps, indirect and direct forced air systems, RTU’s, hydronic heating systems
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Willingness to take industry recognized testing in:
- General HVAC Installation and Service
- Specialized HVAC Systems
- Refrigeration Piping and Specialties
- Controls
- Accomplishes all other duties and tasks as appropriately assigned or requested
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Three years’ experience servicing commercial/Industrial HVAC systems
- High school diploma or GED
- Clean and valid NYS drivers’ license required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Ability to work outside, from heights and frequent lifting

COMPENSATION:
- $49,000-$71,000 per year based on experience
