Warehouse Team Member (Tualatin, OR)

Location: Tualatin, Oregon
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday |8:00 to 4:30 pm| No nights or weekends|
Starting Pay: $20.49/hour

We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Member to join our team of employee-owners at our Tualatin, Oregon location! This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday—no nights, no weekends, and paid time off for major national holidays.

As a Warehouse Team Member, you'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. You'll help prepare customer orders, manage inventory, and support your teammates in creating a safe and efficient environment.

• Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and staging shipments
   

• Receive incoming inventory and assist with returns and cycle counts
   

• Follow safety procedures and quality service standards
   

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
   

• Support teammates through collaboration, onboarding, and cross-training
   

• Speak up with questions, ideas, or suggestions to help improve our work
   

• Use computers or tablets to manage inventory and shipping tasks
   

• Take ownership of your work with pride and attention to detail
   

• Reliability, honesty, and a strong sense of accountability
   

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
   

• A respectful, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help others
   

• Comfort using basic technology such as tablets or warehouse systems
   

• Availability to work full-time, Monday–Friday during first-shift hours
   

• Forklift certification is a plus—or the ability to obtain one within 90 days (we’ll pay for it!)
