About the Role
We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Member to join our team of employee-owners at our Tualatin, Oregon location! This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday—no nights, no weekends, and paid time off for major national holidays.
As a Warehouse Team Member, you'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. You'll help prepare customer orders, manage inventory, and support your teammates in creating a safe and efficient environment.
What You’ll Do

Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and staging shipments

Receive incoming inventory and assist with returns and cycle counts

Follow safety procedures and quality service standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Support teammates through collaboration, onboarding, and cross-training

Speak up with questions, ideas, or suggestions to help improve our work

Use computers or tablets to manage inventory and shipping tasks

Take ownership of your work with pride and attention to detail
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Reliability, honesty, and a strong sense of accountability

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods

A respectful, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help others

Comfort using basic technology such as tablets or warehouse systems

Availability to work full-time, Monday–Friday during first-shift hours

Forklift certification is a plus—or the ability to obtain one within 90 days (we’ll pay for it!)
