Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-tier customer care via phone, email, and chat—supporting orders, resolving issues, and providing clear, accurate information.

  • Understand customer needs empathetically and creatively, ensuring every individual feels respected and valued.

  • Collaborate with your team, solving problems together.

  • Stay informed on product updates and marketing initiatives to provide informed support.

  • Learn and apply company policies to better assist Field Representatives and customers.
     

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A communicator—excellent verbal and written skills are essential.

  • Energetic and courteous, maintaining great relationships with customers and team members.

  • A problem-solver who listens well and acts decisively.

  • Comfortable using a computer while on the phone.

  • Someone with a learner’s mindset—eager to adapt and grow.

  • Willing to travel occasionally for training and events.

  • Available full-time, Monday through Friday.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
