As a member of our Purchasing Department, you'll play a vital role in maintaining optimal inventory levels, cost, and quality to ensure our Field Reps and their customers have access to the products they need.
The right candidate for this role will be someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. They'll need to have a keen eye for anticipating and preventing inventory issues, and be comfortable building and maintaining relationships with our trusted vendors.
We know that every day will be different, but that's what makes it exciting! You'll be responsible for managing the moving parts of the order life cycle and ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained across the company.

Responsibilities Include:

Vendor relations include: building and maintaining relations of mutual trust and hard expectations in line with vendor agreements, persistent communication to achieve objectives of the department while maintaining a positive working relationship, resolve billing issues in quantities and agreed upon costs.

Inventory Management: Maintain proper inventory levels across the organization. Ensure predetermined safety stock levels for all products.
- Supply Chain Communication: Act as a liaison with vendors' purchasing and logistics counterparts for purchase orders, order changes, and lead times. Coordinate closely with the Vendor Relations Manager on matters affecting vendor agreements and overall relationships.
- Logistics Management: Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and trucking companies to ensure timely pickups and deliveries to vendors and warehouses.
