Join our Team of Employee Owners as a Warehouse Assistant Manager!
We are looking for a qualified Warehouse Assistant Manager with strong organizational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a working manager, full-time position with a 40-hour work week, 9-5:30 Monday-Friday, first shift only.

Responsibilities Include:
Ensure accurate and timely shipping: assist the team with and oversee preparing orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and staging orders.

Operational Tasks: Manage 3-4 warehouse associates, monitoring work, coordinating training, and ensuring safety is the top priority

Inventory Control: Accurate and timely receiving of inventory and support for inventory control

Service and Compliance: Following quality service standards and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Innovation: Recommend improved methods, tools, fixtures, equipment, or layout changes to improve workflow, productivity, enhance quality, safety, and efficiency.

Mentorship: Providing mentorship and feedback to employees within the warehouse to help them further their careers.

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds in weight, and be on your feet for several hours at a time

Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, first shift hours.

Knowledge of standard computer programs, and comfortable with computers and tablets

Previous supervisory experience

Willingness and ability to occasionally travel domestically for training and company events

Existing forklift certification, or ability to obtain one within 90 days of job entry date, paid by the company.
