RadiFi Credit Union has a newly created position as a New-Market Member Success Manager. 

The New-Market Member Success Manager will direct and administer a new retail branch's sales, service, and operational effort, ensuring the branch meets organizational growth, sales, and service goals. The incumbent is responsible for generating new revenue opportunities in and around the existing branch market, emphasizing outbound sales development, community involvement, and business networking, including extensive after-hours networking with local business organizations.

The Member Success Manager will ensure established policies and procedures are followed while overseeing the full range of services to members and prospective members. The manager will emphasize new member growth and relationship building and work to deepen existing relationships with members and new members through targeted sales goals.

Your role as a New-Market Member Success Manager will also involve promoting service delivery excellence. You will actively coach associates to deliver 'awesome' service, particularly with prospects new to the Credit Union. This focus on exceptional service is a key driver of our success and reputation. You will also be responsible for successfully implementing promotional campaigns, new market strategic items, and product & service initiatives at the branch level, further contributing to our growth and success.

A minimum of five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions. Proven leadership experience with a sales & service focus with financial services industry experience preferred. A high school degree or GED is required. A college degree is preferred in business, finance, accounting, or a related field. Must obtain and maintain NMLS certification and needed insurance licenses.
