Member Success Manager (Jacksonville, FL)
RadiFi Credit Union is seeking a Member Success Manager to act as the key driver of a retail branch's sales, service, and operational efforts.
The Member Success Manager ensures the branch meets organizational growth, sales, and service goals. The incumbent will be instrumental in generating new revenue opportunities in and around the existing branch market. The Member Success Manager's adherence to established policies and procedures will be paramount. In this role, the Member Success Manager will oversee the full range of services to members and prospective members, and through targeted sales goals, you will work to deepen existing relationships with members and new members, thereby significantly contributing to the organization's success.
The Member Success Manager will promote service delivery excellence and actively coach associates to deliver "awesome" service. The manager is responsible for successfully implementing promotional campaigns and product initiatives at the branch level. The manager will actively participate in community and business development initiatives and monitor branch performance to ensure the branch meets organizational growth and service goals.
A minimum of five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions, is required. Must have proven leadership experience with a sales & service focus, with financial services industry experience preferred. A high school degree or GED is required. A college degree preferred in business, finance, accounting, or a related field. Must obtain and maintain NMLS certification and needed insurance licenses.
