Vice President, Sales (Houston, TX)
First Service Credit Union is searching for a Vice President, Sales, to join its Centralized Sales department!
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Vice President, Sales will manage all aspects of Centralized Sales departments and provide general direction, team leadership, support, and operational management for both departments to meet Credit Union goals. The incumbent will oversee the daily operations to ensure superior service is provided to all internal and external members.
A Bachelor's degree or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a four-year degree is required. A minimum of 5-8 years of similar or related experience is needed in this role. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and exceptional leadership qualities supporting the Credit Union's culture.
