DCU is seeking a Vice President, Branch Services, to join its Senior Leadership Team.  

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Member Services, The Vice President, Branch Services will be responsible for implementing strategic plans, operations, and overall management of the branch network, including business development, community involvement, and financial wellness initiatives. In addition, this role will oversee operations of the branch network, including the supervision of regional managers, branch management, frontline staff, and the business development manager.

The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a track record of successfully implementing innovative branch strategies. Must possess a strong background in balancing and executing business needs while fostering a culture of service, collaboration, inclusivity, and creativity. The candidate will have the proven leadership and vision necessary to develop talent, increase employee engagement and deepen member relationships. 

This leader should be able to demonstrate a record of increasing loan volume, net deposits, member growth, and new accounts while facilitating progressive changes across a growing organization. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree and at least ten years of experience with a financial institution with an asset size of $1 billion or more and a minimum of five years of experience at the senior management level. Graduate degree or MBA preferred.
