On Tap Credit Union, located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Golden, Colorado, has an exceptional opportunity for a talented and experienced Human Resources Leader!  This individual will have the ability to create a culture of employee engagement and enhance the onboarding, training, recruitment process, and establish and maintain best in class operational practices with an emphasis on technology.

As the Credit Union continues its momentum of growth, culture, engagement, leadership, and development are at the top of the Credit Union's Human Capital agenda. The incoming human resources leader will bring a "hands-on" approach with a vision of strategically planning for the future, embracing technology and data analytics while building critical relationships with internal and external business partners. The new leader will initially focus on developing operational efficiencies, translating, and managing at a high level.

A minimum of five years of human resources experience plus three years managing a human resources team is essential in this role. A formal education related to a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, PHR/SPHR is required.  An advanced degree is preferred, with an in-depth knowledge of HRMS administration and working knowledge of A.D.P. is preferred.

Base Salary Range: $75,239 - $112,859
