With assets approaching $390 million and serving New Hampshire and Southern Maine since 1962, this position will directly report to the Vice President of Lending.  The incoming leader will be a Producing Mortgage Sales Manager overseeing the sales activities within HRCU’s footprint and provide recommendations to enhance their current products and create new products for its membership.

The incoming Manager will provide direct support to the existing Mortgage Loan Officers (MLO’s) and build strong, professional relationships with current and prospective members, realtors, and other COI’s by providing quality service and becoming a trusted advisor for all mortgage services.

The incoming leader will support the business development efforts and provide onboarding training, maintaining ongoing coaching and training to include the MLO’s pipeline while ensuring appropriate oversight of loans and assisting in developing cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications for the role must possess a minimum of 5-10 years of similar or related experience, prior mortgage loan officer experience is required.  A two-year college degree or completion of specialized and extensive in-house training is required.  Working knowledge of Encompass (LOS) is highly desired, Secondary Market experience is required.
