JAX Federal Credit Union, located in Jacksonville, Florida, has an exciting opportunity to lead the Business Banking division under a new President/Chief Executive Officer, a visionary and inspiring leader!

The Vice President of Business Services will represent the Credit Union’s mission, vision, and strategic initiatives responsible for designing, creating, implementing, and managing the Credit Union’s Business Banking platform while increasing the value and engagement of their members/customers.  

With assets approaching $540 million, the role will require an individual who understands the impact business banking provides to its members/customers in the market the Credit Union serves.  Additionally, the incoming Vice President has a strategic mindset in setting expectations based on market penetration, net loan growth, profitability, and member experience while recommending new and emerging technologies and products that will help support small businesses.

A minimum of ten years of similar or related business services environment experience with at least five years experience in a senior management role is necessary.  The incoming VP must possess relevant expertise with financial products, services, and delivery channels with an analytical flair in understanding the impact of the business. Underwriting experience with the ability to drive volume and business in this role is needed. MBA is preferred.
