Are you interested in joining a Credit Union who is known for its innovative and visionary approach to financial services?  If you are an experienced leader Digital Federal Credit Union, DCU, located in Marlborough, Massachusetts has an immediate opening for a Compliance Manager.  This individual will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of DCU’s Compliance Program and overall compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, the Manager will provide leadership and coaching to a team of individuals and work directly with management to address consumer compliance, examination, and audit results as needed.  Additional responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing developing trends, and changes as the Credit Union approaches $10 billion in assets and advising management of the operational impact.

A Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of related experience is required, J.D. is a plus.  Must have a thorough understanding of Compliance and Risk Management and well-rounded knowledge of the financial services industry, including all operational aspects, CFPB regulations, and the FFIEC Consumer Compliance Rating System.  Experience working in a regulated environment and responding to inquiries and findings of regulators and auditors is required.
