The incoming Managing Director will partner with executive leaders to build a brand of recruiting top talent and developing leaders, distinguishing SDFCU as one of the best places to work.
 
This individual will be a direct report to the Chief Financial Officer with direct oversight in the areas of recruitment/retention, employee relations, employee orientation, training, regulatory compliance, benefit, and salary administration and an advocate of change management.
 
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, business or related field and 7 plus years in the Human Resources field with a generalist background is required.  Excellent analytical and organizational skills are essential in this role.
