Princeton Federal Credit Union with assets exceeding $130 million has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, high energy leader to join the executive management team reporting to the President/ Chief Executive Officer.  The incoming Chief Operating Officer (COO) will support the corporate mission statement while building trusted relationships with the credit union membership.

Located in Princeton, New Jersey, the COO will be responsible for the branch operations, member services call center, mortgage and consumer lending, including collection efforts, marketing and business development, providing a strategic viewpoint to achieve the credit union’s short and long-term business goals ensuring financial health and stability.

The executive must bring a demonstrated approach in transforming and building an enhanced sales culture that will include coaching, training, and achievement of desired results while attracting new membership through various business channels. 

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of eight years’ related experience within the financial services industry are required, including the management of high-performing teams.  Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills are an essential part of this position.
