DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsible for ensuring that all tables are clean and set up neatly according to restaurant procedures
- Responsible of collecting and picking up all soiled dishes promptly from guest table
- Take soiled dishes into kitchen/dishwashing area and remove all food left over on the dishes, empty all liquids, ice, straws, etc. from drinking glasses, cups and bowls
- Assist the Hostess/Cashier in polishing and wrapping of all dining room silverware
- Assists the dishwashers when needed
- Must follow any and all reasonable requests made by management team
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate or equivalent. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace (English) or 15 to 18 years old with a valid work permit.
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length
- Must have good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
