CASINO REVENUE AUDITOR JOB DESCRIPTION
LAKE HAVASU CASINO
DEPARTMENT: ADMINISTRATION (ACCOUNTING)
REPORTS TO: CONTROLLER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- All staff employed by Havasu Landing Casino must be 21 years of age or older
- All staff employed by Havasu Landing Casino must pass a pre-employment drug test
- All staff employed by Havasu Landing Casino must be free of any criminal convictions preventing them from obtaining a gaming license
- Minimum one year experience working in a casino environment as an auditor
- Familiarity with Sage 100 software a plus
- Must have strong attention to details skills, detailed work is required daily
- Must be computer literate with strong skills of Microsoft Excel
- Must have strong clerical speed and be able to use 10-key by touch
- Must have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare daily revenue reports
- Responsible for taking the slot machine meter readings
- Responsible for daily revenue audits for slots, table games and Food & Beverage, and daily cash
- Make general ledger journal entries, does bank reconciliations
- Audit Casino paperwork daily to ensure that all revenue is properly accounted for in accordance with internal control procedures of the Casino
- Perform other special duties and projects as requested by management
