CASINO REVENUE AUDITOR JOB DESCRIPTION
LAKE HAVASU CASINO

DEPARTMENT:                   ADMINISTRATION (ACCOUNTING)
REPORTS TO:                    CONTROLLER

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • All staff employed by Havasu Landing Casino must be 21 years of age or older
  • All staff employed by Havasu Landing Casino must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • All staff employed by Havasu Landing Casino must be free of any criminal convictions preventing them from obtaining a gaming license
  • Minimum one year experience working in a casino environment as an auditor
  • Familiarity with Sage 100 software a plus
  • Must have strong attention to details skills, detailed work is required daily
  • Must be computer literate with strong skills of Microsoft Excel
  • Must have strong clerical speed and be able to use 10-key by touch
  • Must have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare daily revenue reports
  • Responsible for taking the slot machine meter readings 
  • Responsible for daily revenue audits for slots, table games and Food & Beverage, and daily cash
  • Make general ledger journal entries, does bank reconciliations
  • Audit Casino paperwork daily to ensure that all revenue is properly accounted for in accordance with internal control procedures of the Casino
  • Perform other special duties and projects as requested by management
